My husband of 27 years lost his battle with melanoma after a courageous fight of 4 1/2 years. He was 53.

He was raised on a ranch, worked in the oil field, and was an avid fisherman. We had never heard of melanoma!

He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.
