My mom was my best friend, and I miss her every second of every day.

She fought melanoma for 5 years after being given 1 month to live when diagnosed. It was already in her liver and lungs. They never found a primary site.

My mom worshiped the sun my whole life. I am trying to spread the word about sun safety hoping to save one person from going through what my mom did.

Praying for all those who have lost the fight, are still fighting, or taken care of someone with this disease. I hate melanoma.
