Diagnosed: 12/20/2009

I was diagnosed with stage 3c melanoma. My lymphnodes were removed from my armpit and lower back and a deep mole was removed.My treatment was 1 month of chemo daily and shots 3 times a week at home for 11 months. In January of 2015 the melanoma spread to my brain, which placed me in Stage4. Surgery & radiation followed. My tests last week indicated I am doing fine. I have great Drs & nurses at UMCs. I would not have made it without them and the support of my wife.
