Lilly Pulitzer and AIM at Melanoma Partner for 5th Annual Community Giving Event

AIM at Melanoma is proud to partner once again with Lilly Pulitzer for their annual Community Giving Event. Now in its fifth year, this partnership is expanding nationwide, bringing together fashion, sun safety, and melanoma awareness.
On Friday, May 15, participating Lilly Pulitzer stores across the country will support AIM at Melanoma through a special shopping event. During store business hours that day, 10% of pre-tax sales (excluding returns and discounts) will be donated to AIM at Melanoma, up to a maximum donation of $20,000. Phone orders are eligible for this event but not online orders.
Melanoma is the deadliest form of skin cancer and can spread quickly to other organs if not detected early. In the United States, approximately 23 people die from melanoma every day, underscoring the importance of prevention and early detection.
Protecting your skin from the sun is one of the most important ways to reduce melanoma risk. Sun safety includes using sunscreen, seeking shade, and wearing protective clothing.
Many Lilly Pulitzer styles feature UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) fabric, designed to help block harmful UV rays while you enjoy time outdoors. Sun-protective clothing is an important part of a complete sun safety routine.
Through this partnership, Lilly Pulitzer and AIM at Melanoma are helping raise awareness about protecting your skin while supporting the melanoma community.

Can’t shop on May 15?
Customers may also pre-shop beginning two days before the event. Purchases made during this time will count toward the event total when customers notify store staff that their purchase is part of the AIM at Melanoma Community Giving Event.
