AIM at Melanoma President Samantha Guild Receives SITC’s 2026 Tara Withington Public Service Award

AIM at Melanoma is proud to announce that our President, Samantha Guild, JD, has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Tara Withington Public Service Award from the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC).

This prestigious award recognizes Sam’s outstanding leadership, dedicated advocacy, and enduring commitment to the melanoma community. Through her work at AIM at Melanoma, she has helped strengthen the organization’s role as a trusted resource for patients and caregivers while supporting efforts that advance melanoma research, education, awareness, and patient advocacy.

Under Sam’s leadership, AIM at Melanoma has continued to expand its programs and partnerships, working alongside researchers, healthcare professionals, advocates, industry, and patients to improve outcomes for people affected by melanoma. Her commitment to collaboration and to ensuring that the patient perspective remains an important part of scientific progress has helped shape the organization’s work and mission.

Sam will be formally recognized during the SITC 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place November 4–8, 2026, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
