Lindsay Jones
September 15, 1981-October 27, 2011

My beautiful daughter, Lindsay Jones, passed from this life into the Lord’s arms, on October 27, 2011.
Lindsay was 5 months pregnant with her daughter when she was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma. She chose to continue the pregnancy and not seek treatment until after the baby was born. Reese was born on Christmas Day healthy. Unfortunately, Lindsay was not. The C-section revealed more tumors and her diagnosis was quickly upgraded to a stage 4.

Lindsay fought a hard 10 month battle with this awful disease. Her biggest regret was not being able to care for her sweet baby girl. Lindsay was a such a fighter and continues to be an inspiration to many.

Today, Reese is a healthy and happy 4 year old. Her mother would be proud!
We miss and love Lindsay more every day. Lindsay was not only my daughter, but she was my best friend.
